Position Summary

We are seeking a full‑time, entry‑level Assembly Associate to support our production operations. This position focuses on basic manufacturing tasks, including inspecting parts, assembling components, deburring, and packaging finished products.

This position is compensated to reflect the scope of the role and is designed for individuals who are new to manufacturing or looking to start their career in a production environment. Prior experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

The goal of this position is to ensure consistent quality and support the smooth flow of production.

Key Responsibilities
