• Analyze denials and submit corrected claims and appeals.
• Collaborate with Billing, Coding, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation of follow-ups and outcomes.
• Ensure timely reimbursements while meeting productivity/quality targets.
• Identify recurring denial trends and suggest process improvements.

Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Timezone

We are looking for the following specific requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
