Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests - including plumbing, flooring, drywall, electrical, and general carpentry.
• Maintain a high level of customer service with residents, co-workers, and vendors.
• On-call responsibilities on rotating schedule with other staff.
• Snow removal.
