Job summary

Global Medical Response (GMR) Grand Forks, ND is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage aviation parts inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure FAA compliance and accurate data across our warehouse network.

The role works with Purchasing, Accounting Support, Safety and Quality, and Maintenance teams to maintain stock accuracy, support AOG logistics, and drive process improvements.

Starting pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with supply chain concepts.
• Advanced computer skills with inventory tracking systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid State driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices and packing sheets for incoming parts.
• Inspect aviation parts for serviceability and traceability to FAA and industry requirements.
• Package and ship materials, ensuring expiration dates and condition.
• Maintain inventory stock levels and 6S cleanliness in storage locations.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies between systems and physical counts.
• Provide after-hours/AOG support on a rotational basis.
