Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. in Boston area is seeking Security Supervisors for both full-time and part-time roles. Pay rate is $25 per hour with schedules including Fri/Sat night shifts and weekend day shifts, plus additional shifts as listed.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years security experience, extensive work-history documentation, and pass background checks and drug screenings. The position involves supervising security staff, patrolling premises, coordinating with law enforcement as

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of Security Officers, ensuring on-task performance, full uniform adherence, and strong customer service.
• Patrol and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and fire departments as needed.
• Operate mobile units to monitor exterior premises and conduct foot patrols.
• Write detailed daily incident reports and maintain patrol forms.
• Respond to incidents and determine appropriate action.
• Perform unarmed interior and exterior patrols as required.
• Comply with on-site manuals and post orders.
• Take on additional duties as requested by the client or Northeast Security, Inc.

Supervisor Position

• Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years Security experience.

Security Supervisor Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Supervise a staff of Security Officer's, ensuring Officer's stay on task, are in full uniform, and provide excellent customer service.
• Patrolling and monitoring multiple premises to detect any irregularities, which may include suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
• Operation of mobile unit to monitor the exterior premises.
• Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
• Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
• Maintain Proper use, completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties.
• Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.Observe? (note missing occurrence)
• Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and/or exterior)
• Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
• Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders.
• Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc

Security Supervisor Requirements

• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Previous Customer Service experience, or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance
• Dependable means of transportation
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
