Job summary

Smart Staffing Group in the Hudson Valley region seeks a full-time driver/administrative assistant to provide courteous client service, arrange dining reservations, and support operations. You will operate vehicles safely and assist clients entering and exiting transportation while maintaining professional conduct.

Required are 2+ years in administrative or customer service roles in hospitality, a valid driver’s license, and 19-A certifications plus a CDL with passenger endorsement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years administrative or customer service experience in hospitality.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• 19-A Certifications are required.
• CDL license with Passenger Endorsement is required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients in a courteous, empathetic, and discreet manner.
• Arrange dining reservations for clients.
• Assist with record keeping and service follow up.
