Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. (USPI) Mountain View Surgery Center at Glendale is seeking a motivated Full Time Registered Nurse with PreOp/PACU and OR circuiting experience. The ASC environment focuses on high-quality patient care and a smooth perioperative flow.

The RN will work across PreOp/PACU and OR, handling patient positioning, prepping, and circulating during cases while upholding organizational policies and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have 1–3 years' experience in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care and Operating Room; ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS.
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing patient conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care using the nursing process, plan of care, and organizational policies.
• Position and prep patients in PreOp/PACU and circulate in the OR.
• Support the mission, vision and values of the organization.
