Job summary

Elior North America is hiring a Full-Time AM Cook to join our Pineville, LA location. The role involves working with a motivated kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment, focusing on quality meals and proper food handling.

The shift typically runs 4:00am–12:00pm, with opportunities for growth within a family of hospitality brands. Ideal candidates have at least one year of culinary experience in high-volume settings, strong food prep skills, and a customer-service mindset.

• At least one year's culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is required.

Must-haves:

• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
