Position Overview

This role involves working on an airport ramp, ensuring smooth and safe flight operations, and providing high-quality customer service to guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Marshal and push back aircraft into position.
• Wing-walk, tow, and fuel various aircraft types.
• Clean aircraft and vehicles (exterior and interior).
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Service aircraft, including lavatory waste disposal.
• Perform ground service functions and maintenance as needed.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean work environment and reliable attendance.
• Adhere to company policies and standards of conduct.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service skills, self-motivated, task-oriented, with good follow-through.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Dependability and professionalism required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Stand for long periods; perform physical activities like pulling, pushing, squatting, climbing, etc.
• Ability to operate vehicles and aircraft tugs.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S./state driver’s license with a clean record.
• Successful pre-employment drug and background checks.

Additional Information

The primary schedule is M-F, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with flexibility for additional shifts, evenings, or holidays as needed.
