Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, business development, or related role in healthcare or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and residents.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Obtain resident/guardian signatures on all admission documents professionally.
• Conduct welcoming tours and provide clear information about services and care options.
• Maintain accurate resident listings and room assignments for coordination.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and families to gather necessary documentation.
• Maintain a resident waiting list according to policy and procedures.
• Support admissions and census goals through responsive communication and service.
• Assist with admissions, marketing, and facility operations as needed.
