Job summary

Spring Arbor of Cary is seeking a Full-Time Lifestyle Assistant to bring joy, energy, and connection to residents’ daily lives. The role focuses on coordinating activities, supporting social and physical programs, and fostering growth in a warm senior living community.

Responsibilities include scheduling and leading activities, posting the monthly Lifestyle calendar, supporting resident councils, and coordinating transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ to drive company bus.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of operation.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
• Acceptable DMV record (checked annually).
• Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy.

$16.52–$18.26/hr, Depending on Experience | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• At least 18 years of age (21 to drive the company bus)

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of experience in independent living, assisted living, or senior nursing


• CDL license (a perk — may be required at some locations)
