This position requires tech savvy passion forthe products and willingness to go the extra mile to serve our customers. Youwill be expected to multi task in a high energy environment includingcomputerized order entry and interfacing with the customers by phone and computer.
Ideal candidates must have a proven trackrecord in Sales and Customer Service.

Requirements:
- Must have at least one year of provensuccessful telephone (sales and/or customer service) experience
- Demonstrate effective negotiation andclosing techniques
- Possess a positive and professional mentalattitude and personality
- Highly self-motivated and driven
- Ability to work well within a teamenvironment as well as independently.
- Use good judgment and analytical skills
- Quick thinker and multi-tasker
- Excellent customer service andcommunication skills
- Ability and desire to work in a fast pacedenvironment
- Easily adaptable to change
- Capability to work, full-time, flexiblehours (evenings especially), with weekend hours included
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
- Data Entry and Computer literacy are a MUST
- Promotional products or consumerelectronics industry experiences preferred.
Education, Training & Experience:
- 1 -- 3 years sales and/or customer serviceexperience preferred, or recent college graduates with desire to utilizebusiness experience and education in a sales capacity
- Ability to navigate a computer and learncomputer systems quickly and effectively
- 1 -- 3 years of telephone sales experienceis preferred, not required
- Successfully complete training program andtesting conducted by Training Department
