Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of security-related experience required.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor and control access to facility entrances, gates, and restricted areas by verifying credentials.
• Observe traffic and report unauthorized access attempts and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking, loading zones, and perimeter areas to deter incidents.
