Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a transportation facility by enforcing access-control procedures.
• Monitor access to rail-related facilities, log visitors, and direct authorized personnel.
• Respond calmly to access-control concerns and incidents following site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor and delivery records and relay access information to site personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access.
