Job summary

ABC Academy in Richmond, TX seeks enthusiastic individuals to support children ages 5–12 with play-based ABA therapy. You’ll follow individualized plans, collect simple data, and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids build communication, social, and independent living skills. Training will prepare you for RBT certification.

This full‑time role offers paid training, progression with raises every six months, and benefits including health insurance and PTO. Immediate start dates available.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA-based interventions is a plus.
• High‑quality communication and data collection skills.
• Ability to work with children aged 5–12 using play-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 5–12 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and communicate progress.
• Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy space and stay active during sessions.
