Job Description

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and operate cleaning equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and organization across the entire store, including the sales floor, backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms
• Follow all health and safety policies, including refilling essential items
• Be cross-trained in various store areas to support operations
• Assist with front-end coverage when needed
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness initiatives throughout the day
• Comply with operational and loss prevention policies to reduce shrinkage
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Follow all labor laws, including break and meal policies
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
