Primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by satisfying customer needs and exceeding expectations. This involves product knowledge, food preparation, sales skills, customer relations, and teamwork to create a positive shopping environment. Responsibilities also include processing, packaging, stocking products according to standards, cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

Personal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, willingness to participate in training, and teamwork to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent combination.

Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and communication in English. Effective in presenting information to English-speaking customers, vendors, and associates.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction with two-digit numbers, using units of money and weight.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions, and handle problems with concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates and Training: Completion of company's training including orientation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge.

Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, handle, reach, talk, hear, taste, and smell regularly; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally; lift/move up to 60 pounds; reach from 6-72 inches. Vision abilities include close, color, and depth perception.

Work Environment: Exposure to wet, hot, cold conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals. Noise level is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities.
