Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated 3D Archviz Artist to join our team full-time. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a global team of creative professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, a keen eye for detail, and the technical expertise to produce high-quality visuals that meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

1. Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations of architectural projects.
2. Work on interior, exterior, and aerial visualizations as needed.
3. Optimize 3D models and textures for performance without compromising quality.
4. Manage and deliver projects on time while maintaining a high standard of work.
5. Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and techniques in 3D visualization.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in architectural visualization or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Lumion is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and material creation for photorealistic rendering.
• Creativity: Ability to interpret architectural designs creatively and transform them into compelling visuals.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with the team and clients.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality 3D architectural visualizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Architecture, Design, or 3D Art.
• Experience in animation and walkthroughs.
• Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit is a bonus.
