Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Georgia Certification T-4 to T-7 as required by GaPSC.
• Minimum of one year teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students using a variety of teaching methods to cover Reading/ELA, Math, Science and Social Studies.
• Assign lessons, correct homework, administer tests and report progress to parents.
• Maintain classroom discipline and supervise behavior outside the classroom.
• Prepare course outlines and objectives per curriculum guidelines or state/local requirements.
• Conduct parent/teacher conferences and participate in staff meetings and teacher training.
