Job summary

New Caney, TX-based warehouse role at Zohorecruit seeks a full-time Associate for order fulfillment and inventory tasks. You will load/unload, verify BOLs, and ensure accurate palletization and labeling for shipments. Strong forklift experience and basic math are required, with attention to inbound and outbound flows.

Typical hours are 7:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with pay at $20–$23 per hour depending on qualifications. A dedicated commute is noted as a requirement.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification and practical operation skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel).
• Basic math to perform orders and inventory checks.
• Experience with inbound/outbound logistics and BOLs.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and verify freight BOL against inbound tickets.
• Identify and separate items for inbound vs outbound shipments.
• Count pieces and place items in correct warehouse locations.
• Wrap and palletize orders, apply labels and ensure correct shipment.
• Read outbound delivery tickets and verify order contents.

We are in need of a full time person for these tasks:

$20-$23 / hour or more if they are highly qualified.

Monday through Friday:

7:00am – 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm (we have not decided this yet)

Skills:

• Microsoft - 365, Word, Excel

• Good Forklift Skills a MUST
  
• Inbound Raw Materials-
  
• Unload a truck and check freight BOL to Inbound ticket
  
• Bill of Lading and discern what should I be taking off of a truck or loading onto a truck
  
• Count pieces taking off truck
  
• Put items in the proper place in the warehouse
  
• Outbound (Customer, LTL, or Hot Shot Pickups)
  
• Read Outbound Delivery Ticket
  
• What is the customer here to receive
  
• Are the correct items loaded on the pallet or pulled for this order
  

Picking orders:

• What does this Pick Ticket tell me to pick from the shelf and wrap for this order
  
• Load it onto pallet correctly
