Job summary

Ironside Human Resources is assisting a facility near Butte, MT, in recruiting a Physical Therapist Assistant for our rehabilitation team. The role includes in inpatient and outpatient care with a $10,000 signing bonus.

New graduates are welcome to apply and will work under a licensed physical therapist. The position offers day shifts with five eight-hour shifts and a competitive pay range of $25–$35/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• PTA license in the state of Montana.
• Prior experience in acute care and/or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility, gait, balance, and strengthening.
• Treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings and support home exercise programs.
• Educate patients and document progress in chart notes.

Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity

• Schedule: Day Shift; Five, 8-hour shifts
  
• Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
  
• Provides physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, including therapeutic exercises, mobility, gait, balance, and strengthening activities.
  
• Treats patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, assisting with functional mobility, rehabilitation, patient education, and individualized home exercise programs.
  

Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
  
• Physical Therapist Assistant must be licensed in the state of Montana
  
• Previous experience in acute care and/or long-term care setting preferred
