Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking an Exceptional Education Specialist – Elementary for the upcoming school year in Maple Valley, WA. The role focuses on supporting elementary learners with individualized instruction in inclusive settings to promote academic, behavioral, and social growth.

You will collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to create effective learning plans, monitor progress, and communicate student needs.

Exceptional Education Specialist – Elementary | Washington State | Upcoming School Year

We are partnering with a Washington school district to welcome a committed and student-focused Special Education Teacher for the upcoming academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative school community dedicated to fostering inclusive learning environments where every student can succeed.

In this role, you will support elementary learners through individualized instruction and structured interventions designed to promote academic progress, behavioral growth, and social development. You will work across both resource settings and inclusive classrooms, ensuring students receive consistent, high-quality support tailored to their unique learning needs.

As a key member of the special education team, you will collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to create meaningful learning plans and maintain strong communication that supports student achievement.
