GrowthAssistant is looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

Salary Range: PHP 80,000 - 100,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks:

1. Development, design, and implementation of WordPress websites utilizing WordPress plugins, HTML & CSS, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript
2. Experience with GitHub or Docker (at least one)
3. Setting up Google Analytics 4 within the WordPress site
4. API integration and functionality
5. Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders
6. Communicating over MS Teams daily
7. Maintain and support site functionality ongoing
8. Additional tasks as assigned

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience with WordPress development
• Programming skills with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience with API integrations for payment processing & other 3rd party integrations
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience working in the GY Shift
• Ability to work US MST time zone

Nice to Have:

• Experience with payment portals, merchant processing, and commerce
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with PHP, MySQL, GitHub, and Docker is a plus
• Experience integrating 3rd party fulfillment partners, setting up APIs, merchant portals, and connecting payment gateways

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, responsiveness, quick execution, and a broad talent base.
