Job summary

CYNET SYSTEMS is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and support scalable web applications built with Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver secure and high-performance software, with PostgreSQL as our data backbone.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with REST APIs, modern frontend tech, and a strong grounding in scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer with Node.js and REST API development.
• Frontend skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Understanding of scalable app architecture and best practices in software development.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Team collaboration and clear stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• Git experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Create and optimize JSON REST APIs to support frontend functionalities and third-party integrations.
• Design and implement database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions on time.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities in existing applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when necessary.

About The Role
