Job summary

Targethigh is seeking an experienced web developer to design, build, and optimize modern websites for multiple clients. You will convert Figma designs into production-ready sites, customize WordPress plugins, and manage Shopify/WooCommerce projects across Webflow. Strong CRM integration and performance optimization are essential.

You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, marketers, and PMs to deliver high-quality websites on time, while mentoring junior developers and maintaining code quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional website development experience.
• Portfolio of live websites is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, and website customization.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into professional, responsive websites.
• Strong understanding of frontend development and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with MySQL or other databases.
• Knowledge of hosting, cPanel, DNS, SSL, and website deployment.
• Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
• Experience using Git and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, high-performance websites.
• Build custom websites, business websites, landing pages, and e-commerce stores.
• Convert Figma UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, fully functional websites.
• Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Build and manage Shopify, WooCommerce, and Webflow websites.
• Develop custom frontend and backend functionalities when required.
• Integrate websites with CRM platforms, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, and Zoho CRM.
• Implement lead capture forms, sales funnels, appointment booking systems, and CRM workflows.
• Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, payment gateways, and automation tools.
• Optimize websites for speed, security, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
• Manage website hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing technical support.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers, marketing specialists, and project managers.
• Manage multiple client website projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Review code quality and mentor junior developers when required.
