Overview

Full Stack / UI/UX Developer (Remote - US). This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Full Stack / UI/UX Developer in the United States.

The role is designed for a versatile developer-designer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering and user experience. The Full Stack / UI/UX Developer will create engaging, intuitive, and functional digital experiences while contributing to backend and frontend development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement web and mobile solutions that meet user needs and technical standards. The position offers exposure to innovative healthcare IT projects, opportunities to influence product strategy through both creative and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistent user interfaces
• Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
• Develop full stack solutions using C# .NET, applying reusable design patterns and best practices
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, QA testers, and infrastructure architects to deliver integrated solutions
• Contribute to project planning by providing level-of-effort estimates and technical input
• Stay current with front-end technologies, responsive design standards, and software development best practices

Requirements

• US citizenship with eligibility for Secret clearance (Public Trust or active Secret clearance preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and full stack development
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Marvel, or Axure
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Kendo UI, TypeScript, Angular), and ORM tools like ADO.NET or Entity Framework
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle
• Familiarity with responsive design, web/mobile standards, and front-end technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments
