Qualifications

• 7+ años como Full Stack Tech Lead.
• Contribución hands-on del 60% en código.
• Inglés avanzado (C1+), escrito y hablado.
• Liderazgo en decisiones arquitectónicas y diseño de sistemas.
• Experiencia en Node.js/NestJS, React y React Native con TypeScript.
• Modelado NoSQL en AWS DocumentDB, con modelos jerárquicos y multi-tenant.
• Diseño de integraciones entre servicios y contratos de API.
• Pruebas con Jest y Cypress/Playwright, prácticas DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Contribuir 60% en código mientras lidera dirección técnica y arquitectura entre squads.
• Mentorar a ingenieros en diseño de sistemas, modelado NoSQL y pruebas.
• Colaborar con Producto/QA/Diseño para alinear y entregar features de alta calidad.
• Definir y coordinar esquemas, APIs y contratos de integración con equipos internos y externos.
• Traducir flujos agronómicos complejos a soluciones técnicas escalables.
• Apoyar descubrimiento temprano descomponiendo features en tareas técnicas.

Global Business IT, Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to guide technical strategy, architecture, and high-impact development across engineering squads. This role requires a strong hands-on leader who excels in system design, integration, and mentoring, while contributing significantly to code delivery and cross-team alignment. Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute 60% hands-on coding while leading technical direction and architecture across squads.
• Mentor engineers in system design, NoSQL modeling, integration patterns, and testing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Agronomy, and Design to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery of high-quality features.
• Define and coordinate shared schemas, APIs, and integration contracts with internal and external teams.
• Translate complex agronomic workflows into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Support early-stage discovery by breaking down features into technical tasks with long-term scalability in mind.
• Guarantee platform robustness through strong architectural decisions, optimized data structures, and cross-service integration.

Requisitos

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+), both written and spoken.
• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Tech Lead.
• Leadership in architectural decisions and strong expertise across backend (Node.js/NestJS), web (React), and mobile (React Native), all using TypeScript.
• Advanced NoSQL modeling skills with AWS DocumentDB, including hierarchical data structures, large datasets, multi-tenant models, and ABAC/RBAC patterns.
• Proven ability to design integrations in complex systems using synchronous/asynchronous APIs, multi-service and multi-environment setups (BFF, microservices, domain services), and event- or queue-driven workflows.
• Solid understanding of system design, distributed architectures, and DevOps practices.
• Strong testing experience using Jest (unit/integration) and Cypress or Playwright (end-to-end).
• This position is exclusively available for candidates based in Latin America.
