Minimum Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with a current TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering or a related STEM field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience with Java, C++, Python, Vue.js, React, Kafka or similar, Git, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Bash, Linux.
• Experience developing containerized micro‑services.
• Experience developing front‑end web applications.
• Experience developing back‑end services that use APIs or a message bus to communicate.
• Experience with software engineering tools such as Git/Subversion and IDEs.
• Familiarity with the Agile development process and tools.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Development pipelines (CI‑CD).
• Ability to work in a geographically dispersed, collaborative team environment.

Desired Additional Qualifications

• Experience with formal software development methodologies (Agile).
• Experience writing software that implements algorithms.
• Experience implementing design patterns.
• Familiarity with aerospace engineering and space operations.

Pay Transparency

• Base pay for Colorado: $82,000 – $109,000 – $119,900 annually.
• Base pay for the Washington, DC metropolitan area: $90,000 – $120,000 – $132,000 annually.
• Other states use geographic cost of labor to determine market‑driven ranges.
