Full Stack Software Engineer, Senior – Full Time

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced AI-powered applications. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects requiring scalable, intuitive, and high-performance web and server-side solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end interfaces and back-end services.
2. Optimize performance for UI responsiveness and data workflows.
3. Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
4. Conduct peer code reviews and ensure comprehensive testing.
5. Collaborate with designers, architects, and stakeholders.
6. Ensure secure coding practices and robust authentication/authorization.
7. Apply Agile/SAFe methodologies and maintain clear documentation.

Required Skills:

• U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance and willingness to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or 4 years of additional experience).
• 8+ years of software development experience with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, and SQL.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices with frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, Django.
• Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and managing containerized applications.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design, database architecture, and version control (Git).
• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and responsive design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IaC.
• Strong debugging and performance skills for distributed systems.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or message-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and data service protocols.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, encryption, and secure coding.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Clearance Requirements:

Minimum of Secret clearance to start; ability and willingness to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
