Job summary

XDOF is seeking a Software Engineer, Full-Stack in San Mateo to build the customer-facing platform for robotics datasets. You’ll design APIs, implement end-to-end features, and create interfaces to manage and monitor workflows that run against real hardware.

You will work across backend services, databases, and frontend code with a focus on quality UX and scalable architecture. Strong Python and frontend framework experience are essential for success in this fast-paced robotics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong Python and at least one frontend framework (React or Vue).
• Experience shipping web applications from database to UI with real users.

Responsibilities

• Build the customer-facing platform for partners to browse, search, and manage large-scale robotics datasets.
• Design and implement APIs powering internal tools and external-facing features.
• Build interfaces to configure, launch, and monitor workflows on real robotic hardware.
• Contribute to data collection application across the full stack.
• Create data visualization interfaces for researchers and operators to inspect collection quality at a glance.
