Job summary

XDOF is seeking a Software Engineer, Full-Stack in San Mateo, CA to build the data platform that powers our robotics initiatives. You’ll own features from API design to UI, shipping end-to-end solutions for customers and partners.

You’ll work across backend services, databases, and frontend code, focusing on robust APIs, scalable interfaces, and data-intensive workflows that drive product quality and insights for researchers and operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or similar).
• Experience building and shipping web applications with real users, from database to UI.
• Comfort designing APIs and working across backend services, databases, and frontend code.

Responsibilities

• Ship products across the entire stack.
• Build customer-facing platform for partners to browse and manage datasets.
• Design and implement APIs powering internal tools and external features.
• Build interfaces for configuring, launching, and monitoring workflows against hardware.
• Contribute to data collection and visualization interfaces for data quality.
