Job summary

Piada Group seeks a Software Engineer for the Piada Support Center in Columbus, OH. You will develop and maintain Piada’s sites, analytics dashboard, and POS systems, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to solve business problems and improve guest experience.

You should have a BS in CS or related field and 4 years of full‑stack experience with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C#, and Linux server maintenance. Weekend support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CSE or related field.
• 4 years of full‑stack development experience with the listed technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain online, mobile, and internal software platforms.
• Collaborate with departments to create integrations between platforms.
• Manage user accounts in cloud-based software.
• Maintain, update, and create menu items as changes occur.
• Support stores with POS issues and guest inquiries.
• Provide timelines and roadmaps for development projects.
