Job description

Revere CRE is looking for a product-minded Software Engineer to join our growing team. The engineering team is responsible for executing the company’s product vision: to apply our wealth of data to the Commercial Real Estate industry via our powerful transaction management software. Revere’s transaction management platform is used daily by thousands of CRE professionals to advertise and source deals (e.g., a building for sale) and has several key product areas:

  1. Email marketing — CRE is built around the deal, and this is the key method in which our users get the word out to potential buyers. We send 100,000 emails per day on behalf of our users to leads they bring into the platform and to leads we generate as well. Our largest growth area here is finding better and smarter ways to use our history of likely buyers to help expand our clients’ reach.
  2. Capital Markets CRM — After sending out a large email campaign, we add all the client’s leads to our in-house CRM. The CRM manages email open tracking, custom notes, and all the standard functionality you’d expect to find in enterprise-class software. Our CRM supports data rooms that users can access from the marketing email after signing an NDA, with configurable security options. We are looking to expand our offering here by leveraging new technologies such as LLMs to briefly summarize a data room for an investor.
Opportunity & Responsibilities

We are looking for an engineer to join our team and work on both forward-looking features and improve our existing stable platform. Aspects of this include:

  1. Building out new integrations with our data warehouse to enhance our product offering.
  2. Supporting and maintaining our transaction management platform by adding new features and fixing bugs for clients.
  3. Contributing to a collaborative environment by proposing ideas cross-functionally with design, product, marketing, etc.
