Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Software Engineer/Developer role with front-end and back-end development experience.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, ideally .NET/C# and/or Python.
• Strong SQL development experience in a production environment.
• Experience working with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work directly with business/end users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services using modern technologies, including .NET, Python, and Git.
• Develop and support both front-end and back-end applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Work directly with end users to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and triggers, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Document application logic, technical designs, and implementation details.
• Follow secure coding practices and organizational development standards.
• Independently manage assigned projects, work items, and commitments.
• Continuously develop technical skills and stay current with modern development practices.
