Job summary

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Software Engineer to architect and build software for desktop, mobile, and online services in our diagnostics group. You will work on vehicle diagnostic tools and reporting web services, influencing product design and development across multiple platforms.

You’ll contribute to front-end and back-end components, participate in reviews, and stay current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience.
• 1-5+ years’ full stack experience across mobile, web, and services on various OS including Android/iOS; Windows is a plus.
• Experience with Software Design Patterns and Practices (MVC, MVP, Interfaces).
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, C#, Maui, Xamarin, C++, HTML, XML, TCP/IP; familiarity with vehicle diagnostic stacks is a plus.
• Proven capability in technical communications, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stay current with coding trends for mobile apps and learn from teammates.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to front-end design, development, coding, customization and testing for offline/online web and mobile solutions.
• Define software architecture and design for new products.
• Participate in design and code reviews; follow best practices.
