About the Team

The Air Dominance & Strike team develops aerial and multi‑domain robotic systems, taking products such as Fury (unmanned fighter jet) and Barracuda (air‑breathing cruise missile) from concept to product. The team also develops Lattice for Mission Autonomy, the premier software platform that enables large fleets of Fury, Barracuda, and other first‑ and third‑party robots to collaborate across missions. We work closely with specialist teams—Perception, Motion Planning, Hardware, and Test Engineering—to solve complex problems for our customers.

Responsibilities

We are seeking Software Engineers to build the core Command and Control software for our Lattice platform. Your work will bridge the gap between hardware and human operators, running on vehicles that manage real‑time telemetry, health, and autopilot tasks, and on the Ground Control Station that allows operators to plan missions, visualize maps, manage massive fleets, and orchestrate complex autonomous behaviors. You will also help integrate GenAI agents, enabling natural‑language interfaces for operators to command autonomous assets.

Required Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
• 3+ years of experience in a full‑stack capacity
• Experience in backend: Python, C++, Rust, Go, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience in frontend: React and TypeScript
• Experience building software solutions with significant data processing and analysis
• Understanding of how real‑time backend data flows into an operator’s UI
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems with a bias toward rapid delivery and iteration
• Desire to collaborate with team members to deliver novel software capabilities to ambiguous problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems, cloud computing, or SaaS
• Experience with multi‑agent autonomous systems or defense technology
• Knowledge of military systems and operational tactics
• Strong background in Physics, Mathematics, and/or Motion Planning to inform modeling & simulation and physical systems

Salary Range

$166,000—$220,000 USD (base salary only; final offer may vary based on experience, education, and business considerations).
