You will work alongside senior engineers to build tools that directly impact drug development, progressing from guided tasks to owning end-to-end features.

This on-site role emphasizes React/Node.js development, API design, data integrity, and collaboration with scientists and engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with software development experience.
• 4-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Exposure to React and Node.js (or similar).
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving and rapid learning mindset.
• Willingness to work on-site with a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust software features across the full stack (Node.js/React).
• Understand lab operations to integrate software solutions with lab instruments and automation hardware.
• Architect, implement, and optimize APIs and services to support data processing and lab workflows.
• Build and refine responsive, intuitive user interfaces for lab scientists using React.
• Work with relational databases to ensure data is captured accurately, stored efficiently, and highly accessible.
• Participate in code reviews, write clean, documented code, and contribute to unit/integration testing.
• Independently debug and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
