Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / software engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of practical software development experience
• Proven track record of delivering full-stack features in an Agile/Scrum team
• Hands-on experience with backend API development and frontend UI implementation
• Back-End: Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate); RESTful API, OAuth 2.0/JWT; microservices
• Front-End: JavaScript/TypeScript, React; HTML5, CSS3; Ext JS/Sencha a plus
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle; NoSQL like Redis/Elasticsearch/MongoDB a plus
• Cloud/Infra: AWS or Azure; Docker; Kubernetes basics
• Testing: JUnit/TestNG/Jest; E2E: Playwright/Cypress/Selenium
• CI/CD/DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps; branching, PR workflows
• AI and emerging tech: exposure to LLM APIs a plus; strong debugging skills
• English: clear written and verbal communication; team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade full-stack features (Java backend, REST/GraphQL APIs, React frontend)
• Translate requirements and UX designs into structured, testable code
• Implement scalable microservices and modular frontend components
• Participate in design and architecture reviews; discuss API contracts and data models
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (JUnit, Jest, Playwright)
• Perform root-cause analysis and deliver timely fixes
• Triage and resolve production issues within SLA; contribute to post-incident reviews
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into product features with collaboration
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, DevOps, and distributed teams
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; containerize services; ensure secure deployment practices
• Stay current with engineering trends and participate in knowledge sharing
