Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 2+ years of applied software development experience.
• Hands-on full-stack development in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with JavaScript/NodeJS.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and tools in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Executes standard software solution, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Writes secure and high-quality code with limited guidance.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, with peer review and testing validation.
• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream/downstream systems.
• Applies SDLC tools and automation capabilities to improve value.
• Performs technical troubleshooting on basic complexity issues.
• Gathers and analyzes data to identify problems and support decision-making for secure, stable development.
• Learns and applies secure development processes and methodologies.
