Job summary

In this role, you will prepare and negotiate SaaS contracts and vendor contracts for various business units. You will also assist in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs). The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and at least five years of corporate legal experience, with a focused understanding of SaaS contracts.
