You’ll work independently on core features and collaborate with product, data science, and infra teams to drive architecture and performance improvements.

The role emphasizes secure, maintainable systems, code quality through tests, and contributing to AI lifecycle management and product support. Travel is minimal as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, NodeJS and front-end frameworks; cloud and IaC experience.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, AI agents, or data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions with APIs, AI Agents, data pipelines, and intuitive UIs.
• Ensure secure, maintainable, scalable systems following best practices.
• Write unit, integration, and automation tests to improve quality.
• Document designs, architecture decisions, and procedures clearly.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance across the stack.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions; evaluate new tools.
• Advocate for security, data privacy, and robust coding practices.
• Support AI model lifecycle activities and ongoing maintenance.
