What will you do? • You will develop end to end, owning features from technical design and development through deployment, monitoring, and continued improvement. • You will write clean, secure, readable, maintainable, and scalable code. • You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and other cross-functional partners. • You will design, integrate, and build internal and external APIs. • You will develop new products and features while improving and modernizing existing systems. • You will write and optimize SQL queries and design relational database schemas. • You will create and maintain complex backend services and algorithms. • You will profile, troubleshoot, and optimize new and legacy code. • You will build experiences that work across mobile, tablet, and desktop environments. • You will contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering practices that improve quality, reliability, security, and developer experience. • You will ship thoughtfully and frequently in an agile environment with continuous deployment. • You will care about our product, mission, and long-term success, well beyond checking off development tasks. • You will thoughtfully use approved AI-assisted development tools to reduce repetitive work, explore solutions, and improve productivity while applying your own engineering judgment to architecture, implementation, security, privacy, and code quality.
