Our client is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their organization. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be part of the Processes & Tools team supporting program managers and engineering teams across the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full stack development, a drive to build reliable internal tools, and a collaborative mindset that helps translate complex program needs into clear, usable software.

Pay Range:$36/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Build and ship features across internal applications (frontend and backend), working directly with the program managers who use them.
• Harden existing applications for production readiness by improving authentication, error handling, input validation, and safe handling of operations that write data back into Jira.
• Write automated tests for new and existing code, and help expand test coverage on the most critical paths.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, keeping applications running on AWS.
• Investigate and fix user-reported bugs by tracing issues through logs and monitoring to identify root causes.

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent demonstrable work such as internships, meaningful open-source contributions, or a portfolio of projects you can walk through in detail).
• Working knowledge of Python or Node.js/TypeScript on the backend.
• Exposure to AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, or IAM).
• Experience with Git and collaborative development, including code review; familiarity with RBAC design, software architecture design, relational data modeling, and admin UI/tooling.
