As a Software Engineer on the full stack, you will own features end-to-end, from the React interfaces our members and provider partners use to the Python or .NET services and data models behind them. This is a hands-on IC role. You will lead workstreams, drive code and design reviews, and make pragmatic architecture decisions. We deliver incrementally: every initiative articulates a first deliverable within four weeks. We ship fast through automation and testing, never by cutting corners, because quality and reliability are non-negotiable in healthcare.
