As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative, scalable solutions that drive real business impact. You'll tackle complex technical challenges, contribute to critical architectural decisions, and help shape our engineering culture. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll consistently deliver high-quality code that balances performance, maintainability, and speed to market.

What You'll Do

• Design and build a robust marketing platform that reaches the right audience anywhere, anytime.
• Develop end-to-end solutions spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure components.
• Dive fearlessly into unfamiliar territory to solve complex problems with elegant, performant solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical implementations.
• Optimize existing services for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Champion best practices for code quality, testing, and observability.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge across the team.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of JavaScript and React.js development experience, with expertise in:
• State management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.)
• Asynchronous programming patterns
• Modern React features (Hooks, Suspense, etc.)
• 3+ years of TypeScript development experience, including:
• Strong typing practices and patterns
• TypeScript in Node.js server environments
• 5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, demonstrating:
• Responsive layout implementation
• CSS architecture and optimization
• Cross-browser compatibility solutions
• Accessibility compliance (WCAG)
• Data visualization and charting libraries
• Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design.
• Strong DevOps skills including Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and build tooling.
• Experience leveraging AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
