Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four years of IT experience with increasing development responsibility.
• Two years of experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).

Responsibilities

• Work independently with clients and consultants on maintenance and enhancement tasks.
• Review, analyze, evaluate, and document requested modifications to processes and systems.
• Provides production support and may require on-call duties beyond normal hours.
• Participates in software development activities and guides other staff; develops tests and documentation.
• Develop program specifications and direct all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Implement data security measures across applications.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies to improve processing efficiencies.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
