CACI is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the Department of Homeland Security’s Cyber Crimes Center (C3) in designing and implementing sophisticated web applications and investigative tools. As the Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop scalable, secure applications that support critical law enforcement investigations targeting criminal networks and dark web operations,
You will work within a collaborative technical team delivering mission-critical software for national security operations applying modern full stack development practices to solve complex investigative challenges in anonymized environments.

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience integrating AI/ML models into web applications and building interfaces for AI-powered systems
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and AI model deployment
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams
