Job summary

Source Allies in the United States is seeking seasoned software engineers with 5+ years of enterprise software development experience. You will design and build enterprise-scale solutions, focusing on backend services in Java, Python, or C#, and work across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in enterprise-level applications.
• 5+ years of backend development with Java, Python, or C#, including frameworks and tools.
• 5+ years of Cloud Engineering experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Test-Driven Development and Pair Programming.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-level software solutions using modern tech stacks to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Work with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure to design scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Practice XP methodologies like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming.
• Lead discussions and provide rapid feedback to iterate on and improve solutions.
• Present software demos and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are seeking consultants who are talented software engineers with experience in enterprise-level software development and cloud engineering.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of industry experience, preferably working on enterprise-level applications
• 5+ years of backend development with Java, Python, or C#, including frameworks and tools
• 5+ years of Cloud Engineering experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Test-Driven Development and Pair Programming
• A passion for continuous learning, including new programming languages, frameworks, and leveling up existing skills
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience working in highly collaborative, cross functional teams
