Job summary

Coins.ph in the United States seeks an experienced Risk Strategy Leader to design and execute an end-to-end risk control framework spanning fiat and crypto ecosystems. You will own fraud prevention, AML strategy, and fund-flow risk management from onboarding to on-chain transfers.

The role collaborates with the PH Risk & AML team, leverages Elliptic and other tools, and leads cross-functional initiatives to translate risk insights into clear account actions and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fraud risk, AML, payments risk, or risk strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional risk teams in fintech or crypto.
• Strong knowledge of fiat and crypto payment flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end risk strategy including fraud prevention, AML, and fund flows across fiat and crypto.
• Design and optimize fiat on/off ramps, payments, and on-chain transfers.
• Trace end-to-end fund flows and identify suspicious patterns to drive risk decisions.
• Leverage Elliptic and other tools to translate signals into actionable risk logic.
• Lead scalable risk infrastructure including rule engines and case management.
• Partner with global teams to align execution and local market nuances.
