Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking an experienced Risk Strategy Leader to design and execute an end-to-end risk control framework across fiat and crypto ecosystems. You will own fraud prevention, AML strategy, and fund-flow risk management from on-ramps to on-chain transactions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fraud risk, AML, or risk strategy with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong payments, crypto, or fintech domain experience.
• Proven fiat transaction risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive fraud prevention and AML strategy across fiat and crypto.
• Design risk strategies across onboarding, login, fiat deposits/withdrawals, trading.
• Trace end-to-end fund flows and identify suspicious patterns.
• Lead on-chain risk using Elliptic and integrate signals.
• Build scalable risk infrastructure: rule engines and case management.
• Collaborate with PH Risk & AML and cross-functional partners.
